Frequently Asked Questions

Our FAQ's

  • What happened to Rozell Chiropractic?

We haven’t gone anywhere! We’ve just rebranded to Rozell Spine & Sport because we offer physical therapy and other rehab services along side chiropractic now.

  • What insurances are you in-network with?

    We are in-network with:

Chiropractic - Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coventry, GEHA, HealthLink, Medicare, Meritain, United Healthcare, UMR, and WellFirst (Dean Healthcare).

Physical Therapy - Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, HealthLink, Medicare, and Meritain.

Unfortunately we are out-of-network with all federal, state, and commercial Medicaid plans.

No insurance, no problem! Please call the office for all self pay pricing.

  • I'm a new patient. Is there anything I need to bring to my first appointment?

First, welcome to the Rozell Spine & Sport family! After scheduling your first appointment online, your confirmation email will have a link for an online form to fill out. If you call to schedule your appointment we will be able to send you the paperwork to the email you provide. If you are coming in due to a motor vehicle accident or work injury please call the office to let us know! Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment and bring your photo ID and insurance card to finish the rest of the logistics. Thank you!

Please note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call our office so others have the chance to take that appointment slot. Thanks!

  • When are you open?

    Monday: 9am - 6pm (Lunch from 1-2pm)

    Tuesday - Thursday: 8am - 6pm (Lunch from 1-2pm)

    Friday: 8am - 12pm (Dr. Nick starts at 9am)

  • How many chiropractic or physical therapy visits will I need to get better?

The number of visits varies depending on your condition and your goals. Your provider will discuss a treatment plan with you and adjust it based on your progress and needs.

  • Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor or a physical therapist?

Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care and physical therapy but coverage varies. It is a good idea to check with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and any requirements, such as a need for a referral or pre-authorization.
